The view from my room was absolutely phenomenal! I could see the beautiful skyline and the vibrant city below. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from Oak St Beach and the famous Magnificent Mile. I loved how convenient it was to explore the city and go shopping. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always eager to assist and even offered to get us a taxi whenever we needed one. this hotel provided an excellent experience with its prime location, breathtaking view, and attentive staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and friendly. Chelsea at the front desk surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife, which was such a nice gesture. The room was extremely comfortable and provided a much-needed respite from our busy travel schedule. The decor was calming and beautiful, and we enjoyed the facilities such as the spa, pool, and fitness center. The location was perfect for exploring the city - we could easily walk to many attractions near the Magnificent Mile, Rush Street, and the lake. The staff, especially Karen and Mariama, were exceptional in their service. They even went out of their way to make our 10-year-old feel special, which was a lovely touch.

The doormen provided excellent customer service, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance without even being asked. The room was not only gorgeous but also clean and well-appointed. We particularly enjoyed the spa and pool facilities, which were top-notch. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to everything we wanted to see in this city.
