I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in downtown. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive - everything was neat and tidy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the transportation options. Being very close to the CTA station, it was extremely convenient to explore the city. The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the security guard to the front desk personnel. The breakfast provided in the dining area was delicious and satisfying.

It was so convenient to explore the city and use public transportation, with easy access to the magnificent mile, the lake, Navy Pier, and the Loop.
