I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was gorgeous and had a well-thought-out floor plan. The staff was wonderful, providing excellent service and making me feel important. The hotel had great facilities, including a spacious and well-equipped gym, a jacuzzi, and a comfortable sitting area. The location was convenient, especially for marathon runners, with easy access to Navy Pier. The hotel provided parking and transportation options, and it was a cheap taxi ride to the shopping district. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. my experience at this hotel was truly enjoyable.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a professional cleaning job evident throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the pool area and even in my spacious and comfortable room. The staff at this hotel truly made all the difference - they were friendly, helpful, and had excellent communication skills. They understood and answered every question I had, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of this hotel was superb, right next to the bustling financial district. And let's not forget the amazing breakfast that was served - it was absolutely delicious!

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The hotel had excellent facilities such as a first-rate gym and Spa. The staff, especially Lisa and Brianna at the bell-stand, provided top-notch guest service. The hotel's location was awesome, with convenient access to all attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious and generous portions of food at the Florentine Restaurant.
