Cleanliness was exceptional. Hotel facilities were top-notch. Location convenient to Grand Union station, restaurants in the north loop area, nearby theaters, and attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and maintenance were impressive. The comfortable beds made for a restful night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and their friendliness was truly commendable. The hotel's location in the financial district made it easily accessible by transit and close to all amenities. Additionally, we loved how it was near the theatre district, allowing us to conveniently enjoy performances.

The hotel had gorgeous decor and a relaxing lobby. Convenient location near the theatre district and everything we wanted to explore. The staff was genuinely friendly and the beds were super comfy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was great, always positive and helpful. The location in Chicago's Loop district was perfect, as it was so close to everything, including nearby theaters and the business district. The hotel facilities were spacious and modern, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We particularly loved the rooftop bar, which provided a great spot for pre-dinner and end-of-the-night drinks.
