Convenient location, close to O'Hare and easily accessible to various attractions and transportation options. Clean and well-maintained hotel with modern styling and spacious rooms. Great amenities including a fitness center and a delicious restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

We loved the service and felt like family. Little one enjoyed interacting with friendly workers. Antonio the doorman and front desk staff were amazing. Great location, close to attractions and restaurants. Stylish, comfortable, and clean rooms.
Nothing it is perfect.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The corner room we were given was spacious and had a great view. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at the front desk and doorman were super friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us. The location of the hotel was excellent, with the Riverwalk and Michigan Avenue just a block away. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.
