I had an amazing stay at this hotel right in downtown. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the river and close to the Loop. The hotel facilities were top-notch - clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and prompt in addressing any issues that arose. The hotel was also conveniently located near several attractions, such as Riverview and Michigan Avenue, making it easy to explore this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even during the busy holiday season. The room was spacious and had a great view. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many famous sights such as Millenium Park. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to get a full night's sleep. We also enjoyed the delicious room service and the eye-level views of the fireworks on New Year's Eve. Additionally, the hotel had a well-equipped workout area and a pool where you could swim laps.

The view from my room was also a highlight, as I had eye-level views of the fireworks on New Year's Eve. Lastly, the hotel offered a range of amenities, including a gym, bar, and restaurant, which added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets smelled fresh. The hotel facilities were well-kept, and the exercise facilities were clean and nicely set up. We loved the great view from our room on the 34th floor, overlooking downtown and the navy pier. The staff, especially Lynette, provided exceptional service, making our check-in and checkout process quick and easy. The location of this hotel was perfect, with the Chicago River and Lake Michigan nearby. We could easily walk everywhere, with plenty of restaurants around. we were extremely pleased with our stay.
