The room was new-fashioned, and the staff was really brilliantly friendly, the beds were good. Pleasant view of lakefront. The staff did all they can for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was nice and the food was perfect. Particularly good location, 10 minutes' walk to Navy Pier. Perfect service an a lobby restaurant onsite.
Paid USD 14.95 per 24 hours to access the net, but Wi-Fi was very poor.
The venue is typical, even so it offers awesome location and has funny staff. Amazing breakfast, courteous service. Incredible room, exterior views. Magnificent Mile district is worth looking into.

Super-friendly staff; exceptional service; 25 km from the airport. We had absolutely fabulous room with lovely pillows and bed. Comfortable location, just a pleasant stroll away from Navy Pier. It was a memorable stay, recently refurbished place.
