Absolutely perfect location, elegant room, fabulous staff. All in all it's spotlessly clean place, they have comfy beds. Don't forget to explore Near West Side district.
I loved my stay in Chicago, and would be happy to recommend it. Savoury and decent meals. The beds were comfortable, I slept well. The service was excellent here.
