The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the downtown attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, welcoming us back with warm smiles every time we returned from exploring the city.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless carpets and soft towels in the room. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a restaurant/bar inside the hotel and plenty of eateries within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, with someone available 24/7 to answer any questions. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to famous landmarks like Water Tower Mall, John Hancock Tower, and Millenium Park. I also loved being close to the Puerto Rican day parade/festival in this city.

In general, everything was great. The hotel was very clean and had excellent maintenance. The staff were extremely polite and respectful. The location was very convenient, with close proximity to the train and many attractions we wanted to visit. It was perfect for Chicago Marathon runners and live music fans. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
