The hotel was top-notch, and I greatly enjoyed fine staff and ordinary room. The beds were amazing, I slept well. Enjoyable breakfast, efficient service. Absolute perfect location with a view to the river. Fast check in and late check out. I was using WiFi in all rooms during my stay. It was really good time in Chicago.
The room was extremely comfortable, I had an enjoyable breakfast. Staff was exceptional, I really enjoyed my stay.
Facilities were superb, however wi-fi was very spotty.
We really enjoyed it during our best stay. An excellent hotel in an awesome location, everything was okay. Also, venue's position was not too far away from tourist spot like oriental theatre. Morning meal food was satisfying. Friendly check-in too.
